Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Pat salmon dry and season both sides with salt and pepper
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat
- Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 5 minutes without moving
- Flip salmon and cook for 4 more minutes until cooked through
- Remove salmon from pan
- Add butter and garlic to the pan, cook for 1 minute
- Add lemon juice, zest, and dill. Stir to combine
- Pour lemon butter sauce over salmon and serve immediately
