Fluffy Pancakes
Classic fluffy pancakes perfect for breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in bowl
- Whisk eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla in separate bowl
- Pour wet ingredients into dry, stir until just combined
- Heat griddle to medium heat, lightly grease
- Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake
- Cook until bubbles form, flip and cook until golden
- Serve with maple syrup and butter
