Fluffy Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in bowl
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla in separate bowl
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry, stir until just combined
  4. Heat griddle to medium heat, lightly grease
  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake
  6. Cook until bubbles form, flip and cook until golden
  7. Serve with maple syrup and butter
