Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Slice beef thinly against the grain, toss with cornstarch
  2. Heat wok or large skillet over high heat with sesame oil
  3. Stir-fry beef for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from wok
  4. Add more oil if needed, stir-fry vegetables for 5 minutes
  5. Return beef to wok
  6. Add soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Toss for 2 minutes
  7. Serve hot over rice
