Quick Beef Stir Fry
Tender beef with colorful vegetables in savory sauce
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Slice beef thinly against the grain, toss with cornstarch
- Heat wok or large skillet over high heat with sesame oil
- Stir-fry beef for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from wok
- Add more oil if needed, stir-fry vegetables for 5 minutes
- Return beef to wok
- Add soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Toss for 2 minutes
- Serve hot over rice
